Previously in the first part of this series, I wrote about a couple of ways to get your body back after having a baby. Today’s post is a continuation of that discussion which reveals more “DONT’S” post pregnancy.
Before I go on, let me mention that I forgot to include an important message in the previous part which is the sizing for the Waist Cincher. When buying the Waist Cincher, make sure you buy one that is a size below your normal size. That is, if you wore a Medium (M) size pre pregnancy, your Waist Cincher should be a Small (S) and if you wore a Small (S) size pre pregnancy, your Waist Cincher should be an Extra Small (XS).
